How to Buy Tickets to the 2022 Super Bowl

By Evan Chronis | February 07, 2021 | Super Bowl

The Super Bowl is headed to Los Angeles for the eighth time and will kick off from SoFi Stadium on February 6, 2022!

Opened in September 2020, SoFi Stadium is the new home of the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers. Next year, it will bring the best teams from the AFC and NFC to its grounds to battle for the Lombardi Trophy.

With the 2022 Super Bowl guaranteed to be the biggest sporting event of the year and in a new stadium, the ticket market will rise heavily as we get closer to the event. Whether it's trying to get 2022 Super Bowl tickets through a reseller within the secondary market at inflated prices or trying to purchase tickets through an NFL team, it won’t be easy to secure a seat.

But there is another option — attending with a 2022 Super Bowl Ticket Package from Hall of Fame Experiences

2022 SUPER BOWL TICKET PACKAGES

Thanks in part to a partnership with the Pro Football Hall of Fame, HOF Experiences offers the safest and most secure packages for the 2022 Super Bowl.

But that doesn't just mean ticket security. It means security throughout your whole experience, including hotel and travel accommodations once you are in Tampa for the game.

HOF Experiences offers several levels of Ticket Packages, giving guests the ability to attend the game while also getting access to Gold Jacket Club pre-game hospitality, meet-and-greets with Pro Football Hall of Famers and more.

2022 Super Bowl Ticket Packages come with access to the Saturday Gold Jacket Autograph Session, an exclusive event featuring Pro Football Hall of Famers. While the group for this autograph session is still being determined, we have had Hall of Famers such as Charles Haley, Dermontti Dawson, Rayfield Wright and Mel Blount in the past.

The Gold Jacket Club is a pre-game party for the 2022 Super Bowl. It will also include appearances from legendary players and legends throughout the afternoon. Stay tuned as HOF Experiences continues to update who will be joining the action in the Gold Jacket Club at the 2022 Super Bowl.

Secondary Market

Choosing to buy 2022 Super Bowl tickets off of the secondary market really comes down to what experience you are interested in. If you are simply looking for a ticket to the game and happen to live in the Tampa area, it may be your best bet.

However, the secondary market doesn't offer incentives like hotel accommodations and travel options for those coming from out of town, which is most of the market for the 2022 Super Bowl.

Another obstacle surrounding the purchase of 2022 Super Bowl tickets from the secondary market is the consistent price fluctuation. During the season, ticket prices can change weekly, and as the season goes deeper — daily. While this can be beneficial if you are able to catch a price dip at one point, it means you can also see the prices double or even triple through sites like StubHub, SeatGeek, Ticketmaster and more.

Lastly, the secondary market tickets aren't coming directly from the source, so there is not a 100-percent guarantee of authenticity.

Season Ticket Holders

Most fans start the season with the belief that their team will go all the way that year. But the truth is that only two teams will be playing in the 2022 Super Bowl, and some teams' chances are much higher than others even prior to Week 1.

Only the two teams that make it to the 2022 Super Bowl and the host team, in this case, the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers, are given a large selection of tickets to offer to their season ticket holders.

If you are a season ticket holder and want to wait and see if your team makes it two weeks prior to the game, this is your best route. However, if you want to secure your 2022 Super Bowl tickets and plan your trip in advance, the two options above may be better suited for you.
