Questions About Official Ticket Packages

Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Weekend

100% due on signing

Once you choose your Official Ticket Package, submit a request form or call 844.751.0532 to speak with a Hall of Fame Experiences representative. A contract will be sent to you with payment options & terms.

Easy payment terms (i.e. Split payments in increments) are not available for online purchases. All online transactions are 100% due at signing.

Yes, all pricing includes applicable taxes and fees.

For credit card and online transactions, your shipping and billing address must be the same.

If your billing address is a P.O. Box, your package will need to be picked up on site. Pickup details will be sent via email closer to the event date.

For online purchases: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. Additional charges may apply.

For offline purchases: Check, wire transfer or major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) are accepted. Additional charges may apply.

Yes, for online purchases, the maximum is 10 Official Ticket Packages per transaction. For transactions more than 10, please fill out our form or call 844.751.0532 for booking.

Tickets and other package components are sent approximately three weeks prior to the event via FedEx® Ground delivery. Please note, signature will be required for pickup.

No, shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes.

Stolen, destroyed or lost tickets cannot be replaced.

All sales are final. If the event is cancelled for unforeseen circumstances, QuintEvents will work with the event organizer to try to reclaim all or a portion of your purchase. Please check the terms & conditions in your purchase agreement for the specific event cancellation policy.

Each year, Pro Football Hall of Fame Experiences has an office on site where you can pick up your tickets during the event week.

Ground transportation is included in all Hotel Packages.

Yes, Pro Football Hall of Fame Experiences offers single day ticket packages for Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday.

All efforts will be made to keep the Enshrinement on schedule in Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium. The ceremony will proceed even in the case of rain. If severe weather occurs, the Enshrinement would be delayed.

In an extreme case of severe weather, the ceremony would be relocated to the Umstaddt Performing Arts Hall at McKinley High School.

The Pro Football Hall of Fame Game will be played rain or shine. The only thing that would delay the game is lightning.

Admission to the museum is included in all packages; one admission per day with in and out privileges. For more info, check out our guide to the Hall of Fame.
