Q:    What are the payment terms?

       Payment terms for Official 2016 Pro Football Hall of Fame Ticket Packages are:

Enshrinement Weekend 
Ticket Packages

  • 100% due at signing
     

Super Bowl Ticket Packages

  • 50% due at signing
  • 50% due September 1, 2016

Easy payment terms (i.e. split payments in increments) not available for online purchase. All online transactions have 100% due at signing terms. For easy payment terms, contact your event representative by completing the form or calling 844.751.0532.

       Once you choose your Official Pro Football Hall of Fame Ticket Package, submit
       a request form or call 844-751-0532 to speak with an Official sales agent.
       A contract will be sent to you with payment options and terms.

 

Q:    What method of payment can I use to purchase a package?

       Check, wire transfer, or credit card.
       VISA is the preferred credit card of the NFL.

 

Q:    How do I add additional hotel night stays to my package?

      Please contact us or call 844-751-0532 and we will assist with all the extras!

 

Q:    What is the earliest hotel check-in time for people arriving on Thursday?

      3pm is the earliest hotel check-in time.

 

Q:    Will ground transportation be provided to the stadium?

      Ground transportation is already included in all Hotel Packages.

 

Q:    What are options for RV Parking either on-site or in the area?

      We recommend Clays Park Resort for overnight RV Parking. Contact Stephanie

Q:    Can I purchase single day tickets to the Pro Football Hall of Fame
        Enshrinement Weekend?

      No, Pro Football Hall of Fame Experiences does not currently sell single day
      ticket packages.

Q:   Is there a weather plan?

     The 2016 Pro Football Hall of Fame Game will be played rain or shine.
     The only thing that would delay the game is lightning.

 

Q:   What happens if I lose my tickets?

      Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.

 

 Q:   Is there a dress code?

      Casual attire is suggested.

 


Enshrinees Gold Jacket Dinner FAQ

 

Q:   What should I wear?

      Most men wear a suit and tie, and women wear evening attire
     (but not formal wear).

 

Q:   What special treats can I look forward to at this event?

     You will have a chance to offer a warm welcome to the Class of 2016
     Enshrinees as they receive their Hall of Fame Gold Jacket, one of the
     symbols of their induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. 
Additionally,
     you'll see many of your favorite football heroes as a huge contingent of
     returning Hall of Famers will be introduced center stage, welcoming the
     newest class of Enshrinees to their exclusive fraternity.

Enshrinees Game Day Roundtable FAQ

 

Q:   What should I wear?

      Some guests will be wearing business/casual attire, but this is definitely
      a casual event for fans to enjoy just hours before the NFL/Hall of Fame Game.
      Feel free to wear the jersey of your favorite football team!

 

Q:   What time should I arrive?

Q:   What happens during the roundtable?

     Each of the Enshrinees will be seated center stage, and a sportscaster of national
     acclaim will lead them in an unscripted, informal chat about their playing days and
     special moments during their careers. You never know what to expect, but it's always
     insightful, emotional, and humorous -- truly a fan favorite!

Visiting the Hall of Fame

 

Q:   How much is admission, and what are the Hall of Fame’s hours?

      Admission to the museum is included in all packages; one admission per day with
      in and out privileges.

8 a.m to 6 p.m.

Q:   What is there for children to do at the museum?

      The Hall of Fame’s exhibits include many interactive displays that younger visitors
      seem to enjoy. The most popular is located on the lower level of the museum where
      children can complete a pass in our throwing cage, play EA Sports Madden Football,
      test their knowledge in our trivia challenge, and more.

 

Q:   Do you have a restaurant?

     Our Hall of Fame Cafe, located on the ground level of the Hall of Fame, includes an
     extensive menu. During summer hours (Memorial Day through Labor Day), the
     Hall of Fame Cafe is open seven days a week from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
     Vending machines are available at all times.

 

Q:   How long does it take to tour the Museum?

      We recommend you allow at least 3+ hours. All tours are self-guided and you are
      welcome to experience the museum at your leisure. The Hall of Fame has a great
      team of volunteers on-hand to orient you through the museum, enhance your
      experience, and answer questions.

      NOTE: Over Hall of Fame Weekend, allow more time to tour the building and
      galleries due to the influx of visitors.

 

Q:   Are photos and video permitted in the museum?

     Yes. You are permitted to take photos and shoot video throughout the museum,
     except in Super Bowl Theater.

 

Q:   Is the museum handicap accessible?

     Yes, the museum is handicap accessible and we offer complimentary wheelchairs.
     A limited number of wheelchairs are available on a first come-first served basis.

To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly
expedite fan entry into stadiums, a new NFL policy will be used at
Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium for the Enshrinement and Game
that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into stadiums.

ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

The Pro Football Hall of Fame adheres to NFL Best Practices, thus security procedures used during all NFL games will be used at the NFL/Hall of Fame Game. As you arrive at the gate for your security check, you and your belongings will be screened for prohibited items. This will include a limited body pat down/hand wand procedure.

Due to enhanced NFL security procedures the only bags, packages or containers permitted to be carried by fans as they enter the stadium are the following:

  • An officially licensed NFL team logo clear plastic tote bag measuring 12” x 12” x 6”. These bags are available for purchase through club merchandise outlets or at nflshop.com. All items must fit within this bag.
  • A one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziplock bag or similar).
  • A small women’s clutch bag approximately the size of a woman’s hand, with or without a strap.
  • Medically necessary items that will be admitted after being screened at the appropriate gate.
     

PLEASE PLAN ON ALLOWING EXTRA TIME TO ENTER THE STADIUM. We thank you for your patience and understanding to insure the safety of all guests. Prohibited items discovered during inspections will not be allowed in the Stadium. You may return prohibited items to your vehicle or dispose of them at the gate.

By presenting your ticket and entering the Stadium you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against the NFL, its member clubs, the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Stadium landlord, or their agents. If you elect not to consent to the searches you will be denied entry into the Stadium. Entry Procedures»
